Hiring And Training
Our number one priority is to give our clients peace of mind by employing only fully trained security officers who have been pre-screened with a complete employee credential check prior to hiring by District Security LLC. Our security officers are all state registered and certified. Our selection and training methods exceed state law security requirements.
- All officers must complete and pass a drug test and a background check prior to hire.
- All officers must attend at least 16 hours of security training classes.
- New officers and guards are trained by professional Veteran Supervisors using one- on- one coaching, teaching, and strategic rapid response training.
- Training includes armed, unarmed, and courtesy officers.
- All officers must attend monthly team meetings and on-going educational and training workshops.
- All of our employees are insured through workers compensation.
